Abstract EN

The Algerian civil legislator emphasized the three types of private real estate concessions, in the texts of Articles 900, 1000, and 1001 thereof, which are: the property seller's concession, the property sharing concession, the contractors' and architects' concessions, as rights in kind, indivisible, contained on the property decided by a legal text (Article 982 civil), and on real estate concession rights: the provisions of the official mortgage in a manner that does not contradict their nature, and this is especially with regard to the provisions of purification, registration and publicity so that it becomes effective against third parties (Article 986), which guarantees its rank against all preferred debts.

The right of real estate lien expires in the same manner as the official mortgage (Article 988), which is its expiration in an auxiliary or original manner.
