تعتبر لجنة تنظيم عمليات البورصة و مراقبتها سلطة إدارية مستقلة تتمتع بالشخصية القانونية أنشأت سنة 1993 بموجب المرسوم التشريعي93/10 المعدل و المتمم بموجب قانون رقم03/04 المتعلق ببورصة القيم المنقولة، وضع لها المشرع أحكام قانونية خاصة بها، و أوكل لها مهمة تنظيم و مراقبة عمليات البورصة.
فهي جهة رقابية و تنظيمية خولها المشرع مجموعة من السلطات بهدف ضبط سوق القيم المنقولة و المتمثلة في: السلطة القانونية(التنظيمية)، و السلطة الرقابية، و السلطة التأديبية و التحكيمية
Abstract EN
The Stock Exchange Regulation and Supervision Commission is an independent administrative authority with legal personality, It was established in 1993 by virtue of Legislative Decree 93/10, amended and supplemented by Law No.
04/03 relating to the Stock Exchange of Movable Values.
The legislator established its own legal provisions for it, and assigned it the task of regulating and controlling stock exchange operations.
It is a supervisory and regulatory body empowered by the legislator with a set of authorities with the aim of controlling the market for movable values, represented in: the legal (regulatory) authority, the supervisory authority, and the disciplinary and arbitral authority.
