Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the role of diagnosis, which is one of the important topics in business management, as a way to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the organization.

In order to demonstrate the importance and effectiveness of this process for Algerian enterprises, we applied it to Omar Ben Omar Mills, which is a leading enterprise in the national market.

Where we analyzed its internal environment as a first stage, based on the study of the financial statements of the institution and a questionnaire directed to various functions, and through the study and analysis of these tools, we concluded that the institution has many strengths, but this did not prevent us from discovering many of dysfunctions that we tried to draw the attention of the institution to by proposing a set of recommendations that may enable it to overcome the deficiencies in its functions.
