This study aimed to the exploiting the insurance companies' work to rationalize their OPEX.

So, this peculiarity enable to reduce costs by providing services without cash payment.

the study used descriptive method and analytical method to analyze its variables.

Many of the results found, included of which is that the Algerian insurance companies support a significant share of the OPEX, which enables to propose a way to reduce them as well as increase their services, as the impact on all the results.
