Abstract EN

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the investment climate in Algeria during the period 2000-2019 by analyzing quantative and qualitative indicators and presenting the various reforms that Algeria has undertaken with the aim of encouraging private and foreign investors.

The results of the study show that the indicators of macroeconomic performance did not improve completely, and the international institutions showed that the Algerian investment climate is not encouraging to the growth and attract local and foreign investment and from here, Algeria is required to reconsider its investment strategy.
