Abstract EN

The current study aims to: 1- Recognizing the differences between the arithmetic mean and the hypothetical mean for teachers from the point of view of students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Salah al-Din University / Erbil.2- Identifying the differences in teachers' educational competencies between the male and female students' perspectives in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Salah al-Din University/Erbil.

As for the study population, students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Salahaddin University / Erbil.

And their number is (600) male and female students.

As for the sample, it consisted of (165) male and (74) female students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Salah al-Din University / Erbil.

They were chosen randomly from the original population of the study, which numbered (600).

Conclusions: - The significance of the result appeared for the teaching competencies of the teachers from the female students' point of view.

- The result was not significant between male and female students in the teaching competencies of the teaching staff.

Recommendations: -The necessity of supporting teachers in developing their teaching competencies by engaging them in specialized courses and workshops.

- The administration's continuous interest in the level of the teachers in order to motivate the teachers to show all their energies and teaching capabilities to serve the educational process.

- Supporting the weaknesses of the teachers in the teaching competencies by monitoring the performance of the teachers in university teaching.
