Abstract EN

The problem of the study was manifested through the researcher's observation that there is a lack of interest in sports institutions, including the directorates of youth and sports, and because they have a role in serving the Iraqi youth.

The forums themselves, and the study aimed by identifying the degree of job performance and quality of life for supervisors in the Wasit Youth and Sports Forums, as well as identifying the correlation between them the researcher used two scales (Job performance) Prepared by (Ziad Aneed Salman: 2018) and (Quality of Life: prepared by (Mahmoud Mansi and Ali Kazem : 2018), and the researcher applied the quality of life measure to a sample of 52 supervisors distributed over 16 sports forums, as for the measure of job performance.

It was distributed to a sample of employees in the same sports forums, and their number reached 132 employees.

After completing the application and conducting the appropriate statistical methods, it came out.

The researcher made several conclusions, the most important of which are: the sports forums supervisors of the Wasit Youth and Sports Directorate enjoy an average quality of life, the supervisors of the sports forums affiliated to the Wasit Youth and Sports Directorate have good guest performance from the point of view of the employees and workers inside the forums, in addition, the quality of life is closely related Positively and to a moderate degree with the job performance of the individual, the more attention and care by the institution to its members with the best quality contributes to improving their job performance
