Abstract EN

This study aims to know the relationship between psychological burnout and the organizational climate of public health nurses, and it was done at the hospital, Riziq al-Bashir-bou saada, where we addressed a problem: is there a statistically significant relationship between psychological burnout and the organizational climate of public health nurses? and we used the descriptive and analytical approach, as it was the study was based on a sample of 30 male and female nurses, the data were collected by means of the Maslach test to measure psychological burnout and the organizational climate scale designed according to the psychometric characteristics of the same study population, and were statistically (SPSS) treated by Pearson coefficient for the relationship between two variables and the study revealed the existence of a strong inverse relationship with Statistical significance between burnout and organizational climate for public health nurses.
