Abstract AR
أصبحت ظاهرة الإستغلال الجنسي التجاري للأطفال من أخطر المشكلات التي تستهدف فئة الأطفال، خصوصا أمام تقدم وسائل التكنولوجيا، لهذا فلقد سعى المجتمع الدولي إلى إصدار العديد من الإتفاقيات الدولية أبرزها إعلان حقوق الطفل الصادر عن الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، و كذلك إتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الطفل، و كذا البرتوكول الإختياري الملحق بها و المتعلق بحماية الأطفال من المواد الإباحية و الاتفاقية رقم 182 المتعلقة بأسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال، إضافة إلى عقد العديد من المؤتمرات الدولية كمؤتمر ستوكهولم و المؤتمر الدولي لمكافحة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال، مؤتمر يوكوهاما لمناهضة الإستغلال الجنسي للأطفال و مؤتمر ريوديجنيرو لمنع ووقف الإستغلال الجنسي للأطفال و المراهقين
Abstract EN
The international community has sought to issue many international agreements, most notably the Declaration of the Rights of the Child, as well as the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, as well as The Optional Protocol related to the protection of children from child pornography and Convention on the worst forms of child labour, in addition to holding several international conferences such as the Stockholm Conference and the International Conference against Sexual Exploitation of Children, Yokohama Conference against Sexual Exploitation of Children and Rio de Janeiro Conference.
