It is committed that the head of the fault pays compensation to compensate for the injury of the victim, according to the traditional rules of compensation, but the requirements of the time are supposed that this is no longer sufficient and that it becomes disproportionate with the development which has known civil liability recently by integrating the intentional "lucrative vocation" faults, so that they are insufficient to just repair the damage to the loss and, in this case, a deterrence of the error has been made to the future whose theory of lucrative fault is now called.

We will try by this study to explain the concept of this theory in the light of responsibility in general, then we will focus on its impact and reflection on the responsibility for working relations between the employer and the worker fault of lucrative fault.
