Abstract EN

The increase in the volume of transactions in the stock exchange has led to an increase in fraud, fraud, tax evasion, crimes of money laundering and terrorist financing and others.

Among the mechanisms created by the Algerian legislature we find the Committee for Regulating and Monitoring Stock Exchange Operations, which has a major role and efforts at the local and international level, as well as at the level of arbitration and judiciary.

Through the powers entrusted to it by the Algerian legislation to preserve the national economy and to invest in the stock exchange, we tried through this research paper to shed light on the efforts of the Committee for Organizing and Monitoring Stock Exchange Operations in the Algerian legislation.
