this study came from the fact that it seeks the literaryness of time in its reflection on the narrative discourse, and that is from the first threshold, which is the title, if we consider that (time) is one of the methods of discourse, and its most important components, and that its literature is manifested through the discourse, not the story, as Most Western critics, such as (Tzvetan Todorov), (Gerard Genet) and others, have drawn attention to this, although some Westerners have expanded on the philosophy of time, and its relationship to reality and the possible, as is known to (Henry Bergson) and (Gaston Bachelard).
