Many Algerian Enterprises suffer because of several difficulties, the most important of these is its low level of competitiveness, and these difficulties may lead to exit utterly from the market, it is really because of not paying attention to strategic path, either due to decreased awareness of its importance or its difficulty.

Therefore, the state paid attention to this issue and created a public authority: The Agency for the development of small and medium sized Enterprises and the promotion of innovation, which rehabilitates Enterprises wishing to boost their competitiveness by supporting their strategic path.
