This study attempts to capture the concept of e-government and to identify its principles, objectives and requirements for achieving them, while clarifying the impact of the application of e-government on the quality of public services, as it is one of the new approaches approved by governments to raise the level of public services and develop the public sector, and we also try through this study to refer to the experience Algerian in the field of e-government by getting to identify the e-Algeria project 2013.
