Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level of Authentic happiness among volunteer workers.

The sample consisted of (36) volunteer members of Kafel Elyatim Association, Barika.

The list of Authentic happiness of Martin Seligman and Christopher Peterson was applied.

The results showed the following: High level of Authentic happiness among the sample members.

With the ence of the differences attributable to the variables of sex and marital status (married / single).
