The goal of this paper is to study the most important strategics followed by the Malaysian government that loads to a global mutation of the digital Islamic economy, starting by the development of the person skills, the adaptation of digital way for the business leadership and the innovations where the grow up of the people and the business societies was expecting.

Therefor Malaysia has enhance his international role of the Islamic economy by getting the first place according to the global Islamic economy index (Halal food, the Islamic funding, the Halal tourism …and so on) and the enhancement of such advances by accelerate the digital economy base on a plan “My-Digital” where about 12.

1 Billion dollars was invested with Microsoft to ensure the a global mutation into the digital Islamic economy.
