The act of apology represents an accomplished verbal act that has the power to influence the apologized person and push him to take a position towards the apologizer, which ends with the acceptance or rejection of the apology.
The apology is classified, according to the pragmatists, among the (expressives), and it has basic strategies, according to the (Cohen-Olshtain model), and additional strategies according to the model (Blum-Kulka and Olshtain).
