Abstract EN
The research aims to determine the role of authentic leadership and their impact on the promotion of proactive behavior of a selected sample of workers in telecommunications companies (Asiacell, Zain Iraq, Korek Telecom) in Salahuddin region, and focused research problem from the fact that authentic leadership represent leadership theory contribute to the promotion of proactive behavior staff in those organizations, as diagnosed researcher through observation and interviews conducted in the surveyed organizations need to promote a number of behaviors when leaders to reach the level of ambition sought by him As was research on the availability of authentic leadership in the surveyed organizations, Is there following the leadership of authentic on the proactive behavior, on the basis of the importance of the subject matter of those organizations, the prominent role played by these organizations in the community Default scheme adopted research identified through the goals of research and assumptions, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach in completing field-side research, and was relying on the questionnaire as a key tool in data and information on the side of the field research collection, were the opinions poll (162) workers of workers surveyed telecommunications companies, and the number of questionnaires retrieved (153) are valid for statistical analysis, The research was based on two assumptions show two major correlation and the effect of authentic leadership and conduct proactive relationship, , and research found a number of recommendations and proposals of the organizations surveyed.
