This article discusses the danger of false reporting on people and society.

In it, itwasshown how false reportingplayed a major role in the downfall of Ibn Rushd Al-hafeed (595H) and Ibn Alkhatib (776H).

The article also shed light on the evilschemes and machinations that the false reporters plotted in order to turn the people in power againstthesetwo (02) greatintellectuals.

Unfortunately, their efforts weresuccessful; Ibn Rushd Al-hafeed and Ibn Alkhatib had been subjected to greatsuffering.

They have been humiliated, banished and imprisoned.

Their books wereburned and theirfreedomwasrestricted by authority.
