تناقش الدراسة استخدامات سلاسل الكتل blockchain في مجال الصحافة من أجل تحقيق اللامركزية كبديل معقول، و محاولة ايجاد طريقة آمنة لحفظ البيانات وحمايتها من التزييف و التزوير من أجل تحقيق حرية التعبير و مناقشة التغيرات التي ستدخلها هذه التقنية على عالم الصحافة.
و تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في كتاب و صحفيين و مبرمجين و أساتذة جامعات من كليات الهندسة، و الحاسبات و المعلومات، وذلك ممن لديهم معلومات عن تقنية البلوك تشين.
باستخدام أداة المقابلة المتعمقةمعهم، و من أهم نتائج الدراسة: أنه يمكن استخدام البلوك تشين في مجال الصحافة من خلال التحقق من المعلومة، و منع التزييف، و إخفاء هوية الصحفى، و تأمين المعلومات، و مساعدة الصحفيين في حمايتهم من الإغتيالات.
كما أن الطرق المقترحة لحث المؤسسات الصحفية على استخدام تقنية blockchain بها هو أننا نحتاج دعم و تمويل من الدولة ذاتها، و عمل دعايا عن blockchain من خلال استخدام أسلوب شرح مبسط للمستخدم، و اقناع المؤسسات الصحفية من خلال تعريفهم أولا بمعدل الربح و الخسارة، ووضع تشريع لهذه التقنية.
فتقنية blockchain غير مكلفة نهائيا لإنها اشتراك في موقع فقط، أما آليات تمويل منصات اعلامية للإعلام الجديد قائمة على تقنية blockchain فهى المؤسسات ذاتها عندما تشعر بأهمية هذه التقنية، و العائد سيأتى منها، و بهذا الشكل ستسعى المؤسسات الصحفية لاستخدامها.
ووضعت الدراسة رؤية مستقبلية لاستخدام تقنية blockchain في الصحافة المصرية و الشروط الواجب توافرها لذلك، و كان من ضمن هذه الشروط أن تشفير المعلومات يجب أن يكون من داخل مصر و ليس من الخارج حتى لا يمكن فك تشفيرها و الاطلاع على أسرارنا.
و محاولة تجريب التقنيات الحديثة (وبالأخص البلوك تشين) التى من الممكن استخدامها بمجال الصحافة من خلال مشاريع التخرج لطلاب أقسام الصحافة بكليات و معاهد الإعلام كشكل مصغر، و معرفة مدى نجاح هذا المشروع لكى يتم تطبيقه فيما بعد على المؤسسات الصحفية، و تشجيع الطلاب على ذلك من خلال تكريمهم بجوائز مالية.
Abstract EN
The study discusses the uses of blockchain in the field of journalism in order to achieve decentralization as a reasonable alternative, and tries to find a safe way to save data and protect it from forgery and forgery in order to achieve freedom of expression and discuss the changes that this technology will bring to the world of journalism.
The study population was represented by writers, journalists, programmers, and university professors from the faculties of engineering, computers and information, who had knowledge of blockchain technology.
Using the in-depth interview with them, one of the most important results of the study: that the blockchain can be used in the field of journalism by verifying information, preventing counterfeiting, concealing the identity of the journalist, securing information, and helping journalists protect them from assassinations.
Also, the proposed ways to urge the press institutions to use the blockchain technology in it is that we need support and funding from the state itself, and make propaganda about the blockchain by using a simplified explanation to the user, and persuading the press institutions by first introducing them to the rate of profit and loss, and the development of legislation for this technology.
Blockchain technology is completely inexpensive because it is a site subscription only, and the mechanisms for financing media platforms for new media based on blockchain technology are the institutions themselves when they feel the importance of this technology, and the return will come from it, and in this way press institutions will seek to use it.
