The current research aimed to identify how to overcome the obstacles to applying the three dimensions components (job - school principal - climate / social atmosphere) in the middle school in the State of Kuwait, by uncovering the most important theoretical foundations of the three dimensions components, and identifying the most important features of the middle school in Kuwaiti society in The present time is in addition to finding the obstacles to applying the three dimensions components to the middle school.

The current research used the descriptive approach in order to achieve its goals and answer its research questions.

One of its most important results was that the middle school in the Kuwaiti society is concerned with raising its children in light of its belief and religious principles so that it can deal with The requirements of the times, and the job occupies an important place in Kuwaiti society, as it represents a living institution and a tangible social reality, given that the state is considered an entity that has no meaning except through the workers who depend on them to run its facilities and accomplish its tasks through the work that they do through The director of middle schools is interested in the Kuwaiti society encouraging teamwork among workers, and some middle school principals working in the industry participate The school decision-making process and its adoption, and the lack of training programs for middle school principals while on duty, in addition to providing the middle school administration in the Kuwaiti community with the appropriate environment for all its employees within the framework of societal, emotional, intellectual and material security inside and outside the school.
