In addition to its social role, it is doing in reducing the problem of unemployment, by providing opportunities the job.

Thus, the society transformed from an initiatory society to productive society; The wooden furniture industry is in the village of Kutama amodel for craft industries, which is one of the forms of industries the small one that depends on skilled manual labor in the first place.

this industry has been established in the village of Kutama since the eighties of the twentieth century, and became one of the most important industries the craftsmanship for which the village is famous, until it was called the second castle for the manufacture of furniture in Egypt after the city of Damietta.

the current study deals with six elements.

The first element deals with the development of thewooden furniture industry in the village of Kutama.

While the second element deals with the geographical factors influence on the settlement of the wooden furniture industry in the village of Kutama.
