Abstract EN

This research aims at shedding light on fish wealth in the regulations of the Egyptian National Assembly 1957-1967 AD because of its great importance.

Fish is considered as an essential source of food necessary for building the human body because it is one of the sources of animal protein necessary for its health and safety, and the development of fisheries is one of the pillars of animal protein.

Representatives of the National Assembly call for increasing fish wealth by promoting the Egyptian lakes, which have a major role in increasing fish wealth.

This is in addition to marine fisheries, especially the Mediterranean, which is considered as one of the richest marine fishing areas in Egypt, especially Sardine fishing.

The Red Sea is also characterized by containing huge quantities of fish, especially Albacore fish.

Therefore, the government had to issue many regulations and laws regulating fishing in Egypt during the period Research that reflected the government's interest in fishing and fishermen about the used and legal fishing methods in the lakes, the development of ports and providing them with the technical equipment necessary to increase the fish industry in Egypt.

In addition to the effective role of companies in increasing fisheries wealth, the government's interests continued to strengthen the breeding stations and complete their components and the shortcomings that were hindering them from working and establishing other breeding stations.
