Abstract EN

The political attractions between the State and the tribe shaped the extension of the troubled social environment in Sudan, as it is discovered that the resort of individuals to the tribe is what they need as a result of the State failure to perform its mandated tasks and the failure to build a productive national identity on an ever-increasing basis.

The success or failure of the State in Sudan is determined by the extent to which it is able to build strong institutions.

Institutions that are capable of orbing social groups form the social fabric, achieving high levels of balanced development for all countries without exception and the capacity to adopt new political alternatives in crisis situations; regarding, which are effective to erase the fault lines between groups within the State, thereby promoting belonging and social cohesion.
