Considering the important role that whistleblowers play in implementing the strategy for detecting and combating corruption offenses, most countries - including Arab countries - have paid attention to this category and have established dedicated legal mechanisms to motivate whistleblowers and encourage them to play their role in reporting various forms of corruption, among these countries, Algeria and Tunisia.

This study seeks to shed light on the motivation mechanisms enshrined in the two laws, to strengthen the corruption reporting policy, and monitor the various manifestations of agreement and contrast between the two laws in this area.
