International law recognizes states in sovereignty over their territory, and gives them the right to organize the residence of foreigners, and although they have the right to legally reside in the state's land, Algeria has the right to deport foreigners and assign the foreigner to leave the country without his consent.

It harms its internal and external affairs.

In deportation, the state is committed to taking into account the humanitarian duties and the dignity of the foreigner, and that this procedure is free from arbitrariness or bad faith, and is resorted to in case of breach of the conditions of residence or for reasons of security or public order, but this right is regulated by the Algerian legislator in Law 08/ 11 related to the entry of foreigners, so the study aims to clarify the reasons for the expulsion of the legal procedures and the effects applied regarding the deportation procedure for foreigners, through a fundamental analytical reading of the articles of the law.
