Abstract EN

We aim through this study to evaluate, measure and explain the financial performance of Ferrovial Corporation in order to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the institution and seek to find solutions to financial problems and then explain the determinants of this performance.

The study used the beginning of a set of ratios, methods and indicators that fit with The study and then the factor analysis method to reveal the determining factors of the financial performance achieved by the studied institution based on the statistical program spss23 for the period 2015 to 2019 based on time series data.

The study concluded that the financial performance of Ferrovial Corporation is below the acceptable level, and the financial performance achieved by the corporation is explained by several factors, namely: financial balance, investment policy, economic performance, solvency and financial ease, operating policy of the corporation, self-financing, and economic and financial profitability.
