The era of President Yamin Zeroual was not able to change anything in Algeria.

Violence has spread more than before, in addition to the conflict between the various political forces on the one hand and the struggle between the government and the military institution on the other hand and its failure to manage the political crisis.

It did not fulfill the desires of the Algerian people to keep pace with the changes in the political arena, in addition to their failure to manage the file of dialogue with the Islamists.

Finally, Yamin Zeroual left political life, to be followed by President Abdelaziz Bouteflika to put an end to the political crisis in Algeria.

Bouteflika won the support of his supporters after winning the elections to initiate several reforms, including the promulgation of laws, including the Civil Harmony Law, by means of which a kind of stability was resolved in Algeria.
