The Right to Health is considered one of the most important rights in which it was approved by most countries' constitutions.

It was also provided for in most International Instruments and Conjustations relating to Human Right such as the Universal declaration of human rights 1948, International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural rights, International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination and others differ between International and Regional Charters.

Right to Health is considered the true detector of the physical and mental state of the human being, it is also managed exercise for many other rights such as Right to Food, Right to Housing and Right to a Clean Environment.

The focus in this study will be on defining and adjudicating the Right to Health, setting the most important guarantees for the realization of this right and highlighting International Mechanisms to control its protection.
