This article aims to shed light on the issue of agricultural wakf lands investment in accordance with the provisions of Law No.

91-10 related to endowments (amended and supplemented) as well as some special texts, where the Algerian legislator has stipulated investment formulas commensurate with the nature of these lands, in order to develop them and achieve their goals, Thus achieving the public benefit for society and achieving development in all fields.

Accordingly, we will deal with the legal framework for the investment of these lands by addressing the contracts organized by the Algerian legislator in this regard, which were dealt with in the latest amendment of the Endowment Law according to Law No.

01-07 of 22/05/2001.
