The study aimed to identify the effect of the creative thinking of workers in its various on solving administrative problems.

The study population represented in the employees of Al-Abyad Petroleum Refinery - North Kordofan State - Sudan, who numbered 87 individuals.

The study used a comprehensive survey method for the sample, 70 questionnaires were retrieved from the total of the distributed questionnaires valid for statistical analysis with a response rate of 81%.

The study found a significant effect of creative thinking in predicting problems for employees of Al-Abyad refinery at a significant level (0.05), a significant effect of creative thinking in the ability to diagnose problems, and problem-solving at a significant level (0.05), and the study recommended: Continuing to develop creative thinking skills (fluency) Flexibility, originality) for workers by enrolling them in specialized training courses in creative thinking, building scientific programs to develop creative thinking skills for workers to solve administrative problems, conducting more future studies that deal with the same study variables, provided that they are comprehensive for each administrative level separately within the organization.
