Abstract EN

The study dealt with the role of Basel decisions in supporting the continuity of banks.

Where the problem of the study was that the emergence of the financial crisis led to the contribution of the Basel decisions and a major role in solving the problems of all Sudanese banks, and these decisions worked to address credit risks and address financial changes and predict them in advance before they occur.

The study aimed to apply the Basel decisions that pave the way for predicting and addressing the financial crisis before it occurs, and to identify the Basel decisions and their role in supporting the continuity of banks and the stability of financial exchange within it.

The study tested the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between the application of Basel decisions in predicting the continuity of the bank, there is a statistically significant relationship between the application of the Basel decisions and the support of continuity in Sudanese banks.

The study reached the following results: Basel I, II, III help Sudanese banks to predict the continuity of the facility.

Basel decisions work to create a financial portfolio for banks, which reduces credit risks.

The quality of the implementation of Basel decisions creates transparency in the financial statements of banks.

The study recommended the following: Sudanese banks must implement the Basel decisions in order to protect the bank from the risk of bankruptcy.

Sudanese banks must abide by the Basel decisions that help in predicting the continuity of the bank.

Banks must apply Basel decisions through which they know the indicators and develop solutions for them in advance.
