Abstract EN

Nowadays, disputes and conflicts in the family environment constitute a highly complex and controversial scene as a result of differing opinions, passions and whims, and varying desires and orientations.

It is only natural that such conflicts generate hatred and enmity and lead eventually to the disintegration and destruction of the family, which makes family reconciliation and conflict resolution an approach of utmost importance as one of the principles and foundations of both religious and governmental legislation.

Through this research paper we try to collect texts that are related to the issue of reconciliation and family reconciliation in particular.

We will shed light on the topic through such texts while answering questions such as: What is meant by family reconciliation? What is the evidence for its legitimacy in the Quran and in the Sunnah? What are the manifestations of its importance? and how important is it in governmental legislation?
