This study aims at the importance and effectiveness of the curriculum of physical education and sports for the secondary stage, and the extent of the cultural change on the outcomes of the final sections of secondary education, in terms of cognitive and psychomotor and emotional goals in the light of pedagogy approach competencies, and to achieve this researcher relied on the study of the views and estimates of teachers The secondary phase, in terms of the three aspects of learning identified in the formal curriculum, using the descriptive analytical approach.

A sample was selected according to the available possibilities and intentionally by means of a comprehensive survey of the teachers of physical education and sports from the secondary phase of the provinces of Laghouat and Boumerdes distributed on 90 secondary, and the number of 186 respondents.
