: The study sought to identify the level of job immersion among the teachers of secondary education in the municipality of Rouissat in Ouargla, and to find out whether there are statistically significant differences in the level of job immersion according to personal variables (gender, age, years of service), and the sample consisted of (100) teachers.

and this study was completed in a period of three months.

and the researcher used the descriptive curriculum, and the job immersion scale adopted by the researcher Khaled Awad Abdullah Mu'nis in his study (2018), which contains (15) items, and the study concluded Indicating that the level of job immersion among the sample members was low, and the results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the sample members due to the gender variable in favor of the females and attributed to the age variable, as well as the ence of statistically significant differences among the members of the sample.
