This study aims to identify the role of social responsibility in supporting the reputation of Sbitany and Sons company, and to find out if there is a role for demographic variables (gender, monthly income, product quality) in the role of social responsibility in supporting the reputation of Sbitany and Sons company, and the researcher used to achieve this goal Descriptive and analytical approach, through a questionnaire designed for this purpose, which consisted of (24) paragraphs, and was distributed to a representative sample of the study community that is made up of citizens, where the number of the study sample reached (350) individuals who were randomly selected and representative of the study community.

The results of the study confirmed that there was no intermediate degree between the role of social responsibility in supporting the reputation of Sbitany and Sons company, and there was an impact of the variables (product quality) on the fields of study, and the presence of differences on the variable (gender, and capillary income).

The researchers reached several recommendations: 1.

Work to continuously develop employees ’efficiency to increase efficiency and improve productivity.

2.

Paying more attention to the new customers of the company, who did not get the opportunity to care like previous customers, so that the mental image of the company remains in the minds of its customers to increase their confidence.
