Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the mediating role of ease of use in the relationship between information technology and the quality of banking services.

The problem of the study was represented by the following main question : Is ease of use mediating the relationship between information technology and improving the quality of services in the Sudanese banking sector? The study relied on convenience sampling and a questionnaire was designed to collect data.

Where (145) questionnaires were distributed and (139) questionnaires valid for analysis were recovered, at a rate of (95.86%), the study used the descriptive approach.

The most important findings of the study: Ease of use does not mediate the relationship between information technology and the quality of banking services.

The most important recommendations of the study on the Sudanese banking sector to pay attention to the use of modern information technology so that it is reflected on the quality of services.
