Abstract EN

This article investigates rituals and ruling tools in Sudan while viewing one monument of the Neolithic culture located around Jebel Salbagata amid Dago Mountains in South Darfur.

This area is affluent of archaeological sites and if excavated it may dismantle ambiguous secrets of civilizations linked to the Nile, Africa and Europe.

It aims to introduce such monument and shades light on challenges of disregarding plans for preservation and conservation of antiquities of Western Nile area since Independence and its impacts on shortage of historical resources.

It analyzes thesis of supremacy of cultural diffusion over cultural evolution in the framework of enquiry on nature of the coronation chair at Jebel Salbagata which is neglected and no previous studies have been conducted to introduce it for building a cultural base of understanding between nations.

Such type of works has significant value in divine kingship systems.

It contributes to prehistoric epoch and has no counterpart but lapis Pharaonis which is transferred to many countries for king coronation rites.

Coronation chair at Jebel Salbagata signifies historical and symbolic implications as an oldest tool of kingship and governance in the world.
