Abstract EN

This study deals with an Islamic personality called Imam Abu Amr received knowledge from his father Salah el-din.

He grew up in a house of knowledge and faith and obtained a prominent place in al-Shafi i school, and this clear from his elders, students, and the scholar who praised him besides the books is Explanation of the problem of al-waseet in which he explains his views and choices.

The importance of the topic is evident through his choices of issues related to salt and its effect on purity.

Three issues fall under this heading.

The first issue: The rule of changing water purity with water, and mountain salt The scholars differed on this issue according to three statements: Ibn al-Salah chose from them that purity was taken from the water and the mountain salt.

The second issue: is the rule of using sea water! It was disputed according to tow sayings, Ibn al-Salah chose from them that the sea water is pure and purified, and it is the saying of all imams and is no disagreement between them.

The third issue is the rule of tayammum with salty soil.

There was dispute between opinions: Ibn al-Salah chose from it the inadmissibility of tayammum with salty soil.

I suggested from these issues what his evidence was stronger without fanaticism.
