Abstract EN

The Great Conquest of Badr (2 Ah/623 AD) is one of the most significant and greatest conquests.

Poetry had a lavish share in the depiction of many of its events.

One of the poets of the Islamic Epoch who contributed to the writing of Islamic history is Hassan ibn Thabit, the Prophet's poet, who engraved the facts and events of the conquest in poems and pieces that are scattered in his anthology.

Since the Great Conquest of Badr is one of the most prominent and important battles through which the flag of Islam was raised and paved the way for its spread throughout the Arabian Peninsula, in addition to its expression of the spirit of tolerance and the humane style of Islam and Muslims, I have chosen it in relevance to Hassan's poetry about it.
