The grace of water is one of the greatest blessings of God for His servants, and it necessitates the perpetuation of thanksgiving and obedience to God Almighty, and the delay in the rain, but it is a trial from God to His servants.

Subservient to God Almighty; Because that is more a response to supplication, and because sin is a cause of irritation, and obedience is a cause of goodness and blessings.

The importance of this research is demonstrated by the jurisprudential issues included in it, so it should be studied, knowing the opinions and sayings of the jurists of the schools of thought, and conciliation from God.
