Abstract EN

Since wiping over the socks is a permissible license instead of washing the feet in ablution according to specific conditions, and various issues mentioned by the jurists in their books, this study came to discuss the most prominent issues related to the provisions of wiping over the socks through the hadiths of the chapter on wiping over the socks from the book “Bulugh Al-Maram”.

In this study, I was keen to clarify the issues and practical jurisprudence rulings that were inferred by the jurists in their jurisprudential blogs with those hadiths that were mentioned in the chapter on wiping over the socks from attaining the goal.

I have shown in the footnote what needs to be clarified of meanings, definitions, and warnings, which complete the purpose without elaboration or lengthening
