The research came in an introduction, a preface, three sections, and a conclusion.

The preface dealt with the concept of the vocabulary of the title of the research, and in the first section, images of child exploitation and the position of Islamic law on child labour, the second topic came in the ruling on child beggary in Islamic law, and the third topic came in a statement of the manifestations of legitimate measures in the face of the phenomenon of child exploitation.

The research concluded with several results, the most important of which are: that the exploitation of children may be sexual or criminal exploitation, or through the recruitment of these children and the dissemination of terrorist thought among them, and that the most correct saying regarding the ruling on child labor is that it is not permissible, and that the phenomenon of child beggary has an apparent impact on society, And that Islamic Sharia dealt with the phenomenon of child exploitation by taking care of the child's interest, giving him his rights, preventing negative crime against the child and the obligation to breastfeed the child, and that the mother is legally enjoined to do so, but the judge does not force her to do so based on the chosen opinion of the sayings of the jurists.

Also, there is a difference between incubation and artificial kinship (adoption).

The research recommended the necessity of establishing psychological rehabilitation centers for children who have been subjected to sexual exploitation, and establishing awareness centers among community members, as well as establishing effective and reliable systems for reporting cases and referring victims to support services.

The researcher also recommended the necessity of tightening the punishment for anyone who kidnaps a child or exploits him criminally or sexually, considering this a terrorist crime, and urging the enactment of a number of laws to ensure that the child is not coerced and protects him from engaging in any forced sexual activity.
