Abstract EN

This work treate with the manifestations of communicative competence “pragmatic competence” in the actual use of language, in a vital model, which is dialogue in philosophical debates.

Which contribute to its construction and has been termed as: the linguistic queen, the cognitive queen, the logical queen, the cognitive queen, the social queen, by applying this to a very famous debate in our literary and philosophical heritage: the debate of Abu Saeed Al-Serafy by Matta bin Yunis Al-Qunai about the priority of grammar over logic.

Through this research, we have come to define the parameters of the dialogue in this debate - according to the perspective of ' pragmatics ' communication science, where dialogue is based on principles, including: the principle of cooperation, which is an important pragmatic principle, a branch of which Paul Grace has conversational rules; It must be present in every dialogue in order to judge its efficacy or not.
