Abstract EN

Our research paper seeks to shed light on the linguistics of the text from both Western and Arabic perspectives, with a focus on the latter; in order to arrive at a general and comprehensive conception of the nature of Arabic reception of the linguistics of the text.

the most important result of this research is the existence of a crisis looming on the horizon of the Arabic textual linguistic lesson; due to many obstacles that prevent the establishment of a theory of textual linguistics and its foundation in our Arab culture.

these obstacles include what is related to the nature of science itself, and also what is related to the nature of the general cultural environment prevalent in our Arabic linguistic thinking.
