This study proceeds from the fact that Sebawayh’s grammar was not limited to tracking the movements of the end of words, but went beyond that in many places to rise to rhetorical stylistic studies that go beyond word and structure to speech systems, and it contains insights into the arbitration of meaning in controlling speech and its varying levels, good and ugly.

it contains eloquent and insightful ideas in examining the circumstances of the speaker and listener and invoking the place accompanying the article.

rhetorical ideas are scattered in the corners of the book that have mixed grammatical ideas and got caught in every chapter.

this research attempts to answer the following questions: how did Sebawayh treat syntactic issues in his book? where is the link between grammar and rhetoric manifested in his analyzes of structures? and how did the rhetoricians benefit from it after him? it was evident in this study that the close link between grammar and rhetoric in Sebawayh's treatment of grammatical structure, and that many of the book's issues later became doors in the books of rhetoricians.
