Abstract EN

This article deals with the attempt of the modern and temporary criticians who interest in the reading, receiving and interpreting theory.

We have focused on Dr Abdelmalek Mortad through his book (Reading theory- Constitution of a general theory of litteral reading, and Dr Hamid Lahmidani through his book (reading and generating semantics and we have demonstrated their point of view about their constitution of this theory and how they invested what the occidental critics and brought in this domain, in which they tried to find a modern Arabic theory of reading that respects the specificity of the Arabic litteral texts and shouring the important role of the reader in analyzing and reading those textsKey words: text- reading- interpreting- receiving- litteral reading
