They have proven efficient in providing liquidity and developing societies, and are considered an effective Islamic solution.

There are a plethora of issues that need debating and analysis.

This research probes into the selling of the commons and its relationship with the trading of bonds; the issue of bondholders; the specified conditions in the fund prospectus; and the fancied fraud in the contracts and its relationship with “wafaa contracts”, the sales with the option to purchase, and “baya ayyinah”, sale on a sample.

The research concludes that there are instances that need more parameters and restrictions in the procedures so as not to draw near the forbidden ones, such as “Ijarah” leasing contracts ending with ownership, selling at market value.

The researcher used a descriptive, analytical method,
