Abstract EN

The Holy Qur'an guarantees people with disabilities their full and undiminished rights in life, and for this reason, it has enacted laws to clarify these rights, which varied between economic rights, social and cultural rights; The disabled person under this Sharia enjoys his rights and privileges, as well as he is charged with what is within his capacity, so that he is not isolated from society and does not stray from the purpose for which he was created, which is servitude to God Almighty.

The study aims to reveal the concept of people with disabilities and the related words for people with disabilities in the Holy Qur'an, and to clarify the Holy Qur'an's treatment of disability, through preventive measures for disability, and to clarify the jurisprudence provisions for people with disabilities, and the exception of Islamic Sharia to them in some jurisprudence provisions.

The study followed the inductive-analytical approach, by tracing the Qur'anic verses, Prophetic hadiths and texts related to the subject of the research from their original sources, and then collecting that after induction, and then analyzing those texts in the light of the study, and studying them objectively.

The study concluded that the Holy Qur'an included a number of commanding texts calling for the provision of care, care and facilities for people with disabilities in particular, in addition to the general texts in which people with disabilities are equal with other people.
