Intellectual confrontation with terrorism is one of the most important causes and means of treatment, and the Qur'an has debated a number of violators, the Almighty said: (And do not argue with the People of the Book except in a way that is better, except for those who have been unjust) Al-Ankabut 46.

Likewise, Omar bin Abdul Aziz and the Followers debated the Kharijites, Qadariyyah and Ghaylan Al-Dimashqi.

These ideas must be confronted in a planned, coordinated, and convincing manner, with specialists, knowledge, experience and good morals.

Undoubtedly, extremism is fought by spreading correct science and straight understanding, and doing what is possible and the art of containment, dialogue and guidance, and on this path must be the direction of writers, intellectuals, thinkers, media and educators.

It should also focus on the role of religious scholars in educating young people about the rulings of their religion and explaining that there are matters in which it is permissible to differ, and the imams of jurisprudence differed about them, and their differences were compassion for people.
